BestPetsCo was created to publish calm, research-first pet guides that help owners understand everyday behavior and product choices.
Our main focus is dogs, particularly chewing behavior and durable toys.
However, we also publish selected guides for cats, including scratching behavior, litter choices, and indoor enrichment.
Why we created this site
Many pet blogs are filled with clickbait and thinly researched reviews. We were frustrated by the lack of reliable information for pet parents with destructive chewers. BestPetsCo exists to cut through the marketing hype. We test products ourselves whenever possible and consult experts to ensure our recommendations are based on real-world performance, not just manufacturer claims.
Focus on aggressive chewers
Dogs that chew aggressively have different needs than the average pet. They can destroy typical toys in minutes, creating mess and potential safety hazards. Our guides are written specifically for these dogs. We look for products and techniques that stand up to heavy chewing and help redirect destructive behaviour into healthy play.
